RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Satrang Banaras, customer satisfaction is important to us. Only If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please read our policy below carefully.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • An uncut parcel opening (unboxing) video is mandatory for damaged, defective, or wrong product claims.

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, email us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Clear photos/videos (if applicable)
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/wrong product claims)

Return Shipping Policy

  • Reverse pickup service is not available.
  • Customers are required to ship the product back to the return address provided by Satrang Banaras.
  • The product must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service and keep the shipment receipt and tracking details.


Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, or
  • If preferred, customers may choose store credit or a replacement (subject to stock availability).

If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, the refund request may be declined.


Exchange Policy

If the requested product is available in stock, we will process an exchange after receiving and verifying the returned product.

If the product is unavailable, customers may choose:

  • Full Refund, or
  • Store Credit.


Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotional offers.
  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged products.
  • Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products returned without prior approval.


Important Conditions

  • The returned product must reach us in its original condition.
  • Satrang Banaras reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with this policy.
  • Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
